Many of my clients want to know what I choose to eat for breakfast after I’ve told them to cut the breads and cereals out of their diet for at least three months. With only a few minutes to make breakfast before heading off to work, I’ll show you how to eat a great breakfast.
I use the actual Bulletproof or Blue Bottle beans.
Brew your coffee and in a blender mix the recipe below.
2. BAVARIAN SAUSAGE FOR PROTEIN
Trader Joe’s makes the most authentic bratwurst I’ve found since living in Germany. But of course it does because it’s imported! Heat 2-3 links in coconut oil or boil for a few minutes.
3. ARE YOU DAIRY FREE AND MISSING YOGURT? HERE IS THE SOLUTION: CASHEW YOGURT
In a blender, puree a cup of cashew nuts with water or coconut milk until a paste forms. Remove into a glass bowl and add one capsule of probiotics using a non-metal spoon. Wrap a thin towel or cheese cloth over the bowl and place in a warm area for 24 hours. Bubbles may have formed and the taste turned a bit sour. Your cashew yogurt is ready and can be stored for a week in the refrigerator.
4. MY NEW FAVORITE TONIC TAKES 2 MINUTES TO PREPARE: TURMERIC TEA WITH FRESH GINGER INFUSION.
In a glass container with a lid, a mason jar is perfect, add 2-3 tea bags and fill to the top using filtered water. I use the Berkey filter.
Shred about 2 tablespoons of ginger and add to the jar. Cover and place in the sun for 3-4 hours. Your tonic is ready. Adding stevia or xylitol is my suggestion for sweetening the brew.
