About the Course
Here is my two-step solution to improving your neck range of motion and comfort at home:
Step one is for learning about what parts of the neck are being harmed by looking down. When you fully understand how your neck is designed and why looking down is harmful, you will more easily take mitigative action, and become consistent with your new habits.
Step 2 will show you how to strengthen and rehabilitate your neck with home tools.
This is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
